Intelligent design

A casual search for  water and some of its anomalous properties led me to this creative use of science.
There are many unique properties of water, including the density of water, the chemical and the physical properties of water. These are properties that water should not have according to what we presently know about chemistry and physics. These characteristics strongly point to water as the result of Intelligent Design. Intelligent Design Theory should be taught in school.

BTW, here I came across the H₂ hydrogen atom, reminding me of the many exasperated comments going "if it is  diatomic, how can it be an atom?"

If this is true, and I think it is, then there is no hope for most Indian universities.

So the only possibilty is a very rich philanthropist or group of philanthropists investing a huge sum in building a university starting  by attracting a group of great faculty (at least part time) and providing them with what they need.
The ISB model?   

The new blogger is painful. On the dashboard, the blog's name gets cut off. Of course, I don't  mind that so much since I know my blog's name. But when  I compose a new post, the complete screen is not visible. The end of every sentence is hidden and I have to scroll right and left to read what I have written.
